We had a wonderful Thanksgiving this year but the fun really starts with the Decorating and fun things to do during Christmas time. So we starting this year out by making Graham Cracker houses. I don't do Gingerbread, plus it's easier to use the crackers. The kids had a blast, so did Mom & Dad. They were already asking if they could eat them before they even finished building them.
